Submitting Media
In order to ensure your media will work properly we request delivery a few days in advance so we can set it up and test it with our system. (Typically this means us receiving the files on Thursday for a Sunday service.) Please email tech@pgtabernacle.com with the files or a link to download them. For the best compatability we recommend the following formats as well as keeping your original copies as backup.
VIDEO FILES
Videos are best in a .MP4 format with a resolution of 1080p (1920x1080). Streaming can be unreliable so we do not recommend it.
PICTURES & SLIDESHOWS
- Plain .JPG / .JPEG or .PNG images are best.
- Powerpoint, Keynote, or equivalent files are not compatible with our system. If you are using one of these programs please export in .jpg format with some identifying name followed by 01, 02, .. etc. (using the topic, date, or speakers name are some ideas eg: "mexicotrip 01.jpg")
- If you want music with the slideshow or automatic progression then we recommend turning the slideshow into a video file (see above).
SERMON SLIDES
If your slides are text only, you can just send the text so we can copy and paste it into the slideshow software.
AUDIO FILES
We require MP3 or WAV format. Streaming can be unreliable so we do not recommend it.
