Board of Directors & AGM

Due to the current lockdown this years AGM will be postponed. We will notify you (with a minimum of two weeks notice) in advance of a new date. The approval of the Board’s motion to postpone will be ratified in the AGM Minutes once we have a meeting. One piece of business that we would like to conduct now is our election of Board Directors which will be held after the church service on January 31st. Members will receive instructions & voting procedures in the near future. You will be made aware of the election results once the election is complete & we will add the results to the minutes of the AGM meeting once it is held.
